I am an Information Technology specialist with over 25 years' experience of specifying, designing, building and implementing computer systems.

I have managed dozens of IT projects for clients in the private and public sectors. I am experienced in a wide range of hardware and software technologies, from PCs to mainframes and packaged software to bespoke internet-based applications.

I worked for major software producers and IT management consulting practices from 1978 to 1996, when I established an independent consultancy. I specialise in IT project management, contract negotiation and dispute resolution. I have acted as Expert Witness in over 60 cases, including Single Joint Expert appointments, and as Mediator in over a dozen cases.

My Expert reports are concise, rigorous and objective. Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, and as Expert in several very substantial claims, enables me to isolate and explain the key issues in litigation, avoiding technical jargon and obfuscation.
